Designed for couples who want full support leading up to and throughout their wedding day.
Our signature 8-week experience is designed to transition you from "Planner" to "Guest of Honor." We assume full management of vendor communications, logistics, and floor plans, allowing you to breathe easy during your final two months. With 12 hours coverage, from Morning Prep to Grand Exit, we ensure every detail is as beautiful as you imagined.
The Day-of Coordination Essential
Perfect for couples who need essential support on their wedding day.
This tier is designed for the couple who has curated their perfect day and simply needs a professional lead to bring it to life. Beginning 4 weeks prior to your wedding, we step in to audit your details and provide eight hours of flawless on-site management. You’ve done the planning; now, we invite you to enjoy the celebration.
A la Carte Support
Don't let the small details cause big stress. Add specialized support for RSVPs, decor assembly, travel logistics or guest hotel blocks as needed.

Hi, I’m Gisele.
My career is built on a foundation of professional excellence, starting with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and 18 years of international experience. Over nearly two decades in the industry, I have cultivated a standard of service built on attention to detail and professional care. For the last almost 15 of those years, I’ve been at the heart of the wedding industry, personally executing over 1,500 weddings and countless social events.
I founded Here to Help by G to be your "day-of bestie" and personal stress shield. Think of me as your partner in crime who just happens to have a clipboard and a plan for everything. My mission is to bring my experience to your celebration, handling the logistics so you can be fully present for the magic.
Beyond the Clipboard
When I’m not bringing event visions to life, I’m living out my own dream family life. I’ve been married to my amazing husband since 2013, and together we have two beautiful kiddos, 13 chickens, and a dog named Sofia, who has mastered the art of ignoring me in three different languages.
I’m permanently wired at 220v—I don't really have a "low" setting, and an Iced Caramel Macchiato is my most permanent and necessary accessory. When I’m slowing down, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking full meals or baking fresh bread.
I also have a deep love for traveling; we’ve explored over 10 countries and numerous National Parks, though my absolute favorite experience was camping in Yellowstone.
